We provide analysis for runners who are fore-foot strikers, heel foot strikers and everything in-between.
We use 2 angle camera assessment as well as the physical therapist“eye-ball” test to identify leaks in power output and potential sites of injury risk.
All factors are considered including: training load, corrective exercises, recovery, program assessment and equipment.
What are the most common Running Injuries?

Statistics
An estimated 56% of recreational runners sustain a running-related injury related to the high impact forces in running. Increasing step frequency (cadence) while maintaining a consistent speed has been shown to be an effective way to lower impact forces which may reduce injury risk. Journal of Sports Physical Therapy 2021
Runners who overstride tend to lock their knees and slam their heels to the ground on every step. This slows you down, creates a choppy, bouncy gait, and puts extra pressure on muscles and bones, making you more susceptible to injury. Wahoo Fitness Blog
