Maintenance visits to keep you performing at your best

All sessions are 60 min and may include various techniques such as:

  • Trigger Point Release

    • The use of pressure to relieve muscle knots.

  • Assisted Stretching

    • Guided stretching from a trained PT to help you improve flexibility.

  • Targeted Soft Tissue Massage

    • Using sport massage techniques on specific areas that are tight and or injured.

    • The use of tools to assist with sports massage, in order to improve blood flow and decrease muscle tightness.

    • The use of air compression to help circulate fluid in the legs and decrease soreness and improve muscle recovery.

  • PowerDot & Muscle Stimulation

    • The use of electric stimulation to help decrease muscle tightness and improve muscle recovery.

  • Joint Manipulation/ Adjustments

    • Specific hands on techniques that can help relieve joint tightness and improve flexibility.
